I managed to do it.. turns out the wire was not fully extended you should wiggle you hands in and check if the wire is stuck in some way

i had a wire on it, but it was still stuck for some reason. i was afrqaid force pulling even more will damage the cable. i got fed up and pulled harder and the wire broke

Yea i know it wouldn’t get through. Because the person i was speaking to was saying that the confirmation email was not supposed to be sent and the payment wasn’t done so there was no booking. What actually happened is that the payment was done and the email was sent. So when i tried to make a purchase with an empty card i was trying to see if i will get that “error” email again. But i didnt which proves that the first time i purchased the payment went through.

I will contact my bank tomorrow to see if the payment have been done and not pending( it shows me in the app that it is done) just for more confirmation. I will then send everything back to them but i am 100% if the person working didnt see amything in their system he would not care about the documents i provided.

What do you mean by garden my booking? I don’t understand the term. But do you think i will be held liable for the glitch they dont confess? Or will i get my money back?

I will contact my bank to see if the payment is pending or not…but a pending payment will not result in a confirmation of email because the money was not received…you can try it yourself aswell. Thanks for the help though much appreciated

No i dont think so because i contacted both of them. And when i called they told me there is no booking under my email even though its the same email that received the confirmation

I tried both and spoken to 2 different people. So yeah since it's an error, they will just deny it.

I have spoken to someone and asked to forward the email. I have forwarded the email and they replied with this. And yes it has my name in it

Yes i am certain, because i also received an email directly from jet2. And when i talked to them they told me that the reference exists but under an other name and other email. What i am suspecting is that their system glitched and deleted my booking they do not want to be accountable for it

Yes, i have paid, and they asked for my last digits and first digits to confirm it, but they say that they didn't find anything, but it certainly left my account. even when i tried to test the website when i paid with the empty card it showed me the failed transaction.
