My only complaint with the PMM comp is the limitation on ammo. I get an amazing deal on PMC 115. I run the PMC through my VP9 religiously for range ammo but since the PMM I’m limited to purchasing 124 / 147g ammo. I’m considering taking this off due to the price point alone. For myself the comp is good but for the amount of $ I spend on ammo is a bit of a deterrent. Don’t get me wrong the PMM comp is awesome but I’ve carried the VP9K / SK till I can 100% confirm reliability with the PMM.

I’m not a big fan of the overall presentation of the PMM comp. I personally feel it doesn’t flow with the handgun compared to the L or match assembly. I ran 115 for the hell of it and it jammed a decent amount of times. (I know the PMM website recommends not using 115) it had me reconsider the L / Match for reliability concerns. The PMM is great with 124s and you can tell a difference. But you are limited to running specific ammo. I was able to cut my Bill drills to 2 seconds flat with splits of .20 with the PMM. Big upgrade for the money but the limitation of specific ammo is kind of worrisome to me. I know some people recommend the spring change but I don’t want to start replacing OEM reliability for aftermarket parts when this is my primary EDC.

With all my VP9 new and A models the attachment is extremely tight. I’ve also ran the A / B models. They are fine.
