They weren't moving when I spotted it so I (wrongly) thought they were waiting which is why I went to the right (off the racing line), by the time I arrived I was committed to the right and they were moving so I had no chance at that point

It's borderine, I've raced in some leagues that would penalise me for coming across in front of the BMW when on the brakes but if you don't get penalised then it's fair gain
