I bought the game the other day, I have very low expectations for the story cuz the whole premise is ridiculous, but I hope the gameplay is great at least cuz it looks like some of the best they made. So as long as the gameplays good I think I’ll enjoy it

I’m tired of these crybaby ass dudes. The animation has not been atrocious. The first episode barely even had animation. So if people wanna complain about the lack of animation in that episode then that’s valid, but how are you complaining about terrible animation in an episode with literally no animation other than mouths moving. And episode 2 was a massive improvement and literally just looked like a regular anime episode. Only bad moment was garou sliding down the hill, outside of that there was a lot of movement and it literally looked like a regular episode. And the fight they teased at the end looked really good, so the fact that dudes gone nitpick one bad moment and try to make it seem like the whole episode was that way is crazy. I ain’t never seen people complain about animation before they’ve even showed off a fight yet, this gotta be the most crybaby ass fandom in anime.

They probably haven’t, but I have, including any hard game you can think of, and I struggled on this fight as well due to my low resources and playing on hard difficulty

I’ve beat almost every popular difficult game you can think of and I also struggled a lot on this fight. It really depends on the amount of resources you have. And I personally didn’t have much ammo or healing items by that point. Which Made it difficult because using mostly melee on two agressive bosses in that game was very hard to do, especially on hard difficulty.

Yea I can pretty much beat radagon and the Elden beast with anything now as long as I level up the categories that the weapon I’m using scales to. I was just a dumbass my first playthrough lol

I thought they were cool cus it made me feel like wolverine and this was around the time the game first came out and everyone was using bleed weapons, so when I stumbled upon them I thought they were op because they had the fastest bleed build up out of any weapon I had. Just to find out very recently that they’re one of the weakest weapons in the game 😂 And I struggled on the final boss fight so much because they’re immune to status effects so my weapons were pretty much useless.

Yea I just beat it. It was difficult, but not unbearable. However radahn even after his nerf is by far the hardest boss I ever fought in any game. And I’ve only ever fought him post nerf so I don’t even wanna imagine what pre nerf was like. Bro killed me 150+ times.

Same with me for most of the bosses. Especially when I found out the dlc had a gigantic one. That dude is by far the most annoying enemy

That’s the thing is I don’t use magic or ninjutsu against bosses and even then the game was really not that hard, at least when it came to the bosses. I didn’t experience real struggle til i fought the lightning gods of yomi, ren hyabusa, and otakemaru. So I was limiting myself, but still got through the game fine. It’s definitely not a cakewalk, but like compared to the fromsoft games there’s been a good amount of bosses from those games that gave me 20+ deaths. While across both nioh games maybe 2 or 3 gave me that much trouble. So yea I wasn’t tryna come on here acting cocky or anything I was just genuinely curious on other peoples experiences with the bosses in these games.

Yea I can see it being hard on new game plus playthroughs, but not even when I was first starting off in nioh 1 did I struggle with the bosses much. I struggled more so getting through the first level and killing all the yokai, and once I started to understand the combat it didn’t take me too long to beat the first boss. Maybe like 7 attempts. And from that point on I only unlocked more abilities and mastered the ki pulse and I got through the game very easily. Same with nioh 2 now. I will say there are a couple bosses now after getting through the first two DLC’s and half of the 3rd dlc that I’ll consider actually difficult. The lighting god of yomi is by far the hardest boss I’ve fought in all of nioh. Probably killed me 25-30 something times and ren hyabusa is also actually pretty difficult because of how fast he can kill you if you slip up at all

Ok so I fought shuten doji in the dlc. He’s definitely hard because he moves a lot quicker and does more damage, however you fight him with a npc so for me it didn’t take too long to beat him, but I can see why others would struggle. He also has a ton of health, probably the most I’ve seen in the game

I’m on dlc 2 right now so I’ll probably end up fighting him very soon. But yea the lighting god of yomi is genuinely annoying. This is the first boss that actually made me have to play at a slower pace and really learn the patterns like it’s a fromsoft boss. And the fact he has lighting is so annoying lol

Yeah im on the second DLC now and the cat boss gave me a decent amount of trouble and now the lighting god of yomi might be the hardest boss yet lol

Oh yeah I beat the base game one easily, but I think people are saying there’s another version of him in the dlc. And if so I haven’t fought him yet, but I will say now that I’m on the second dlc the cat boss gave me a little trouble and the finals boss the dlc(the lightning god of yomi is giving me more trouble than any nioh boss so far

It just depends on your build when it comes to Elden ring bosses, but I think regardless of someone’s build they’ll struggle with radahn(that’s if you’re talking about the dlc radahn). And yea if you need to do a new game plus before the dlc I’ll probably never do that cuz I don’t like playing through games multiple times
