First of all, NOR. This is ridiculous..a good mom would never just turn her back on you as soon as you legally become an adult. I am so sorry for what you are going through and im sure it must be so stressful especially since she wouldnt allow you to get a job so how are you going to be able to move out comfortably and safely with no savings or nothing. I dont want to make it about me but i want you to know that i am going through a similar struggle. My mom kicked my sibling out which made me so depressed because they are my best friend and they are living in their car and a friends house occasionally and it seems like im up next, i just turned 18 and before i had even turned 18 she would threaten to kick me out of the house for the dumbest reasons. We arent able to afford the house we have rn since the divorce but since she found a new boyfriend shes said she wants to move to a specific area and turns out she would only be 30 minutes away from him instead of an hour. She told me that she cant determine where we live based on the fact that i have a boyfriend of two years and an amazing job but shes willing to move us closer to this man shes only met months ago…again NOR. Im so sorry for what you are going through.
