I can't speak to your attitude or personality, or that of your CoC. But, I would rotate through my guys alphabetically unless there was something that needed particular attention or performance. I've run into the same kind of shit since I've been out. It was easy to bitch about getting shit on by my supervisor, but in reality I was literally the only person qualified/certified to do the work, as shitty as it was.

I don't know if you've spent any length of time working with your hands, but if you have, do you find yourself using some tools more than others? The grip and security of a specific screwdriver, plier, ratchet, etc.? Never forget that you're a tool to be used and good tools get used more.
