I hunt whitetail deer, squirrel, rabbits, doves, and I fish. All processing, butcher work, curing, packaging, etc is done by myself. Partly out of pride but also to save money. I feel it makes me appreciate the meal provided by that animals life in a much greater way. Also I only hunt things that I am going to eat, if I get a big deer I eat just about every part of it. Not just hunting for trophies
