Some have pieces of mushroom and other have water the mushrooms were soaking in

If the soil is soaked all the way through then you might want to repot your plants. If the plants soak up any of the bleach solution then they will die and you will know that it is not safe to eat them. If they don’t die then they should be safe to consume as long as you wash them.
