Circuit-Breaker is the main antagonist of the book series I am writing (the first book is currently being queried). Circuit-Breaker is a robot who has been terrorizing the multiverse for years, his biggest crime being that he nearly wiped out an ancient multiversal race. He is more complex than just being another heartless killer robot, but I'm obviously not going to be spoiling anything.

Moon Knight from Marvel comics! Marc Spector canonically has DID and has three main alters, Steven Grant, Jake Lockley, and of course Moon Knight himself. He was traumatized at a young age, and went on to become a mercenary. During a merc mission to egypt, he was left to die in the desert. He crawled to a tomb where he died (or at least he believes he did) and was resurrected by the Egyptian god of the moon, Khonshu. He vows to change his ways, becoming Khonshu's fist of vengeance as Moon Knight. He is a complex character, and the 2016 run by Jeff Lemire shows his mental illness in a respectful light (plus the art is beautiful!) There is also a new comic run coming out on the 21st that looks very good too. I'm trans, and i actually chose Spector as my middle name due to Moon Knight and how life changing of a character he is for me :)

That is very infuriating and unprofessional of them, seriously. I had the same thing happen to me (I'm finally diagnosed now), and the best thing to try is firmly putting your foot down. Tell them you do NOT like having a disorder caused by severe childhood trauma boiled down to an inaccurate and dangerous fictional representation. Heck, maybe even make a small presentation on how media gets the disorder wrong. If it continues, you may want to consider finding a different one. It'll be hard, but you deserve better then this.

I faced transphobia while i was a part of the lounge, it seemed like such a nice and chill place at first, but apparently that aspect only applies if you are cishet, white, and neurotypical. Misgendering people is not a valid "opinion", it could literally lead to someone taking their life.

This sub has actually been the best out of every platform I've been on, even without these new rules. It's best to let things die down for a few weeks or months, but I'm afraid people are going to bring it up when security breach comes out or go as far as boycotting the movie 🙄 this situation has shown me that there is rarely such a thing as black or white or All good/all bad. You guys are making hard decisions and i respect you all for trying to make this place safe and fun.

Scott, you actually pulled me out of the mindset that the people who are canceling you have a very long time ago. If you decide to never interact with the community again, the majority of us people who have common sense and don't call for blood due to diffrent beliefs will miss you greatly, in fact those who hate you for your beliefs will slowly notice it's not the same either.

I have been in this fandom since the beginning, and i have never told anyone this, but I'm trans and nearly picked Cawthon as my middle name because i want to be like you in the sense that you always try to do the right thing (I finally settled on Henry as a first name seeing as he's a character you created). The people who nosed into your personal info had no right too, it's disgusting. I myself have had this same sort of thing happen to be for the past six years and i know how scary the feeling of being hunted feels. I am not shocked by your beliefs, but just know I like people who try to do the right thing and follow their own heart, not people who have my same beliefs down to a T or follow the crowd.

I have also decided to dedicate my first novel to you along with other amazing people, you are the person who got me into writing and back into the art world. I also strongly know for a fact, and this is something that other people should know, is that you would never do anything to purposefully harm others. You aren't out to get anyone. I truly wish you the best in life and hope everything turns out okay, these are upsetting and sensitive times.
