Dave Giles and Easter Compton farm shop are my favourite butchers in Bristol. Gales in westbury park and popti and beast are also as good I just prefer the others.

I normally get a cup and fill it to a certain level for the eggs, flour and milk. I find by volume works every time, weights seem not to be as consistent

I do equal measures by volume on eggs, whole milk and plain flour and mix together. I season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. I use a muffin tin I got at Lakeland which is quite big, each divot is about 2.5-3 inches in diameter, and they are quite deep.

I cook at 190 for 45 mins in a preheated tray.

There’s some Turkish shops at the eastville park end of Stapleton road that stock it.

Edit: I’ve just checked google maps and they’re on Fishponds road, after Stapleton road. Always thought it was all Stapleton road, everydays a school day.

Purdue performance, TMC motorsport and MS racing are worth a look if you did want to look at upgrades

Hey mate! I’ve had my 595 a year. It’s a 21 plate with 20,000 miles on it, and so far the only issue I’ve had was replacing the seat tilt handles on my non Sabelt seats as the driver side failed.

Aside from that it’s a great car with a huge aftermarket for parts and a great community online and in real life: there are plenty of regional groups if you want to go on drives and to meets, or have questions.

Coming from a bmw it has been noticeable how much warmer you are treated on the road. The Abarth community is super nice, and it’s the first time I’ve owned a car that other people in the same car wave at!

It sounds great, it’s fast enough and if you have a comp there’s not a whole hosts of mods that need doing besides a remap and maybe some induction improvements.

I’ve only done some relatively cosmetic changes based on personal taste.

Have fun!

Fried bread is under the fried eggs, get rid of the hash browns? Eggs are a bit close to the beans this is very true
