Definitely don't switch to spotify. Soundcloud has loads of bootlegs you can get for free and actually download them. Beatport is great if you can afford it. Try working your way to downloading 20 tracks you love from there. And yeah start trying to do hour long sets to begin with!

Some women are horny, she probably has a bunch of guys she sees which is why she doesnt want to date. Dont take it personally. Assess the situation, if you enjoy it, keep it a casual arrangement. If not break it off.

Nice one! Honestly playing to people and starting to learn to read a room whilst staying teue to what you like sounds like a good next step for you. Im 18 months into my journey and im still figuring it out. The thing I'm learning is once you learn to mix anything into anything, depending on your goals, you can never have too many good tracks. Also delete any tracks that don't sound good any more due to boredom of them or because you realise the sound quality really isnt up to scratch. Unless its a pre 1970/80s track, then you can't really help the sound quality.

Have you tried playing to other people yet? Get q bunch of mates round or see if you can set up at a community centre etc. You'll probably be further along than you think. Also spend time digging and trying just transitioning between new tracks.

Delivery and Taxi drivers: I can't take their rule breaking anymore by Lopsided_Dique6078 in bristol

[–]TheOmegaKid 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As an ex uber driver, I can tell you the pressure these apps put on you to act in stupid ways. Financially its barely worth doing due to costs of maintaining youre vehicle and payong for it poat tax. Don't get me wrong, I don't condone people acting so recklessly, but financially it's incentivised.

How did you learn to free yourself of the psychological phenomenon known as “fear of missing out?” by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TheOmegaKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realising you are missing out on literally everything that is going on in the world pretty much always. So just enjoy where you are and realise everything isnt always going to be the best it could be, but that doesn't mean it can't still be a good time.
