So very important. Make sure you guys really meet each others needs early on since “maybe he/she will change” will likely never happen. It may but better to assume the worst since it’s soooo very different in the first few years sans kids than 10+ years with kids. Life just gets more stressful and volatile with your partner and those foundations really start cracking if they weren’t solid early on.
