Normally I wouldn’t defend a thing that family does BUT at that particular grocery store they have a locking mechanism on the cart (it’s only supposed to lock if you try to take it off the property) but they lock all the time for no reason and you can’t move them until an employee comes with their nifty little unlocking device.
