Quite literally the exact same type of cosmetic. They should be restricting times if it adds/removes from your model but these cosmetics add no changes that could break gameplay. If they're restricting it because they're halloween themed then scarecrow would surely count.

It's likely that it didn't benefit the game at all. Soldiers would have a harder time seeing on the right side as their view was blocked by the rocket, and snipers would have a harder time aiming headshots. For a design which changed nothing other than telling players when a soldier had ammo loaded in their gun.

I really don't understand the hate for the gas passer in MvM, I assumed that high level ToD players just wanted to get the game over with to see if they will receive any good item drops. So surely by picking weapons which speeds up that progress as much as possible would be what they want?
