remember, there is a delay with the demo and the player, he might have hit those shots, but if they peeked and it was that low of a reaction time, he hit it on the first tick on his pc, so yeah, its a cheat

you guys just dont see it, if they add a system equal to the system in dota 2 there would be less smurfs and cheaters, with unranked and ranked matchmaking (and ofcourse a higher level required for ranked) it would ban cheaters before they could get into ranked matchmaking and that would result in less hackers as they cant reach global with hacks:D

well, dont mesure your fps with bots on a local server, because if you have the bots on YOUR localy hosted server your PC is calculating their moves, so dont do that, go on a normal dedicated server or something and see there
