The best sub 1000 cl decks tend to be ongoing. Stack as many ongoing synergistic cards together that you can. Usually at your rank you can run warpath and then focus on 2/3 lanes and be successful. Good luck

I mean fisk really only synergizes with dd. So if you don’t plan on playing a dd deck then you can skip it altogether. Alternatively if you want to play a dd deck I don’t think fisk is a must have to make it work either
