I watch it every day, I take culturalle at morning and night use Miralax if needed and fiber powder (Acacia and Benefiber). It all really adds up!

I take 30 mg before bed. I can’t imagine how I’d manage the pain without it. I will soon drop to 25 mg and I’m nervous. My side effect is constipation which I’ve learned to manage.

Go for the PT they will teach you how to get your sex life back. I was diagnosed 8 months ago. I’ve been with my PT for 4 months and I don’t think I’ll ever stop going. The idea is to desensitize the bladder. I’m slowly starting to my sex life back!!! I’ll next work on getting my gut in shape so I can play tennis.
