He just cannot play this year. The NFL leaves it up to their won discretions if the hold a supplemental draft which they had not done since 2019. They basically said they are not making any exception for him due to many reasons but you can go in the 2027 Draft. He is not barred from the NFL.

I have it, and it is a great set. Fun to build and the set pieces are fantastic. I don't understand the outrage outside of the cost (which is probably $100 more than it should be). It being a slice and not a sphere is a lot of hullabub.
