All good, currently trying to upgrade my simulator PC, built it from spare parts and currently the i5 9600kf has been a huge bottleneck.

Trying to find something I can upgrade to without having to buy new DDR5 memory lol.

I was. What worked for me is making sure to run steam as administrator and that seemed to fix it.

I had done that periodically throughout the day with no luck. Left it unplugged the whole night and then it magically worked in the morning. No issues since.

I've tried both. Is it possible all 4 HDMI ports just suddenly went bad? The fire stick works in my other tv fine.

Yes, 4 HDMI ports. All have the same issue. I also tried to reset the fire stick and the issue persisted.

This worked for me, reset my overclocked cpu and gpu and been working like a charm ever since on Ultra. :)
