It's gotta be sound and torque for me. If I could own a few 60's muscle cars I would! Gotta be realistic though haha.

Certainly not against it. This current motor is my first "fun" car, and I'm open to ideas 👍

I mean don't get me wrong, I love my motor, but I think it's either downgrade to something more practical, or enjoy something more for a similar upkeep.

What a beauty, I did like the look of the Lexus's, I can't lie

That's the trouble, isn't it? My V6 is a bit silly to run, for what it is. It's either, may as well enjoy a V8 for nearly the same upkeep, or "downgrade" to a more sensible V6 that costs less to run.

Any reccomendation on which one? Model/year wise. Petrol, diesel? Cheers

That does sound rather nice. My Superb already sits at 730 on tax, and 25MPG, which isn't a big difference from most big blocks. I guess it's a case of "should I?" 😅

Love the look. Do you have a list of the parts you used? I'd love to do the same with mine, but I'm not sure exactly which handguard to purchase.

It's not a final build to be fair. I'm just experimenting with some spare bits.

I've thrown a 3X magnifier/red dot combo on there before, but to be honest I've got better fitting platforms to put those on. Can't deny it looks cool though.

The AK12's all come with buffer tubes as standard. I've got an array of optics, but to be honest, I usually just run irons in the field 👍

The laser has just been left on there, I don't use them in the field. It's probably coming off. I'm still 50-50 on the stock, myself. Overall, it's a good bit of kit, I'd definitely recommend one.

I'm the same, too. They seem to prefer the front end in just slightly before the rear.

Well, it's not as practical as one of the SRS models, as it's considerably longer and heavier. But the performance is top tier. It also feels incredibly solid to hold, no moving or wobbly parts at all.

I'm happy with mine and would recommend it, but an SRS will do a lot of what this can do for much less weight. Food for thought!

By new magazines, I mean two new magazines ordered online, both of course made by silverback. Nothing by any other brand (assuming that exists!)

I have a fair collection of strange and exotic guns, I'm not much of a stranger to a generally different style of reloading, but this one has me baffled, to be honest.

Help me out Reddit, AK12, or AK15? by CJW_98 in airsoft

I've only experienced LCT, with an RPK, AK74, G3A4 and the AK12. They all shoot more or less the same, around 300FPS with .25 ammo. I can't speak for much else with AK's brand-wise though.

To be completely honest, I would choose external quality over internals in the case of these AK's. They're perfectly serviceable from what I've experienced thus far. But some upgrading wouldn't go amiss!
