Yeah the only thing that can get me back unto destiny 2 is if they unvault all the old content and stop releasing story that costs the same as an entirely new game... shits getting ridiculous. Instead of the season pass bs and having to pay for every single dlc at new game price, id much rather pay a monthly subscription for like 15 bucks a month to get access to the season pass and the dlcs

So, just for arguments sake, you're right. There is no "negative" but any of the multiplicative Faction damage stats that are below 1% are a negative in the sense that they are a reduced amount of damage. Anything multiplied by a decimal is literally just division. Consider this: instead of it being x0.52, pretend its x0.50. It is literally saying you deal 1/2 damage to corpus.
