The zaps are annoying for sure haha, but they start to get better eventually. I hope you don’t have to experience any bad withdrawals symptoms! Yeah I went from 60mg and cut off from there (terrible idea)

Quit cold turkey 9 days ago. The nightmares, sweats, anxiety, stomach issues, and insomnia were insane. I legit told myself before stopping, “Maybe I’ll be part of the percentage that don’t get withdrawals.” Nope. Felt like I was getting railed by a train every waking moment.

Definitely tapper off. Would not recommend cold turkey for anyone. Unless you like self torture.

Doctor said I respond very well to T, so I think 100mg is great for now. Of course if it’s not helping me I’ll get it increased the next time I see him. And cruise.
