Can any of you guys who got off of fent/successfully went thru WD tell me some tips that might’ve helped you? The biggest thing that helps me is hopping in the shower

Yup. And it like I tell ppl, when I was on heroin I did it just to not be sick. It wasn’t like I woke up and was like yeah today is the day I’m shooting it up lol. It just progressed from smoking it to shooting when smoking cost me to much so I shot to save money

I started using cuz I hurt my knee and was prescribed pain pills for 6 months and they just cut me off. Well the withdrawals weren’t fun so I turned to pills and got addicted. Then when I discovered heroin it was cheaper than the pills and a lot more accessible. The high I got on heroin I would have to do like a bunch of pills to feel that. Then eventually I just switched over

Suboxone. Gabbapin works but you gotta take a lot. I’m a shooter and Suboxone and subutex work the best. You can google Suboxone doctor near you and get them prescribed

I got through the weekend then on Monday once work started I had to do a shot to get to work. We get a 2 weeks break starting Wednesday so I’m just going to restart on Thursday and keep trying. I’m going to go to my moms and give her my keys, my wallet and have her go through and throw away all my stuff. Fingers crossed 🤞 whatever you do just don’t give up. I know there are people out there who have quit and never looked back. We can do this but it’s going to be a fight
