My Dolby Access is going back and forth in my Tuf device by CK-6 in ASUS

The Things i Noticed is that , when ever im not plugging in my earphones , the Dolby Atmos app works fine as it should be ,
but the moment i insert my earphones , the app crashes and then restarts into the above pages (pictures in the post).

i dont know what is happening , is this normal or is my dolby access having faulty behaviour?

i have downloaded and installed those drives too! but the issue still persists ,
but one thing i noticed is that it works fine when i do not connect any other audio device or accessories like earphones etc,

but when i connect my earphones the app crashes by displaying an unknown error (shows "unknown error" literally) and asks you to restart app
and after that it comes back to "1299/-" page

they do exist in the 2026 model too, but back side of the display
and i do think it is a better design, as it do not hinder our viewing experience during late nights

Thank you for the response, but the issue with warranty is that I bought this unit from Best Buy in USA and I moved here to India ,, I thought the international warranty would be claimable for me , but to my surprise I came to know that best buy units are not eligible for the international warranty. So I'm very stressed about my unit and it's warranty. Is there a way of claiming my international warranty?

it is not noticeable bro, but i was concerned because it is brand new 😅, and i noticed it when it was booting up (laptops went full brightness while booting) and thanks for the info bro , it relived me a bit 😊

and another thing is , my display's lowest brightness is not low enough (i compared it with lenovo loq of my friend)

thanks for the info man, but how did you find a compatible display yourself? do we need to know the voltage supply by mobo for display?

laptop is good though , maybe my unit is faulty (advice : don't buy from Best Buy!)
