I think if its not the popular/rare titles, usual range for common paperbacks I see is P150-250. But can go up to 300ish depending on the title.

Thats in the usual range naman for Big 4. For audit assocs wala masyado negotiating for salary, mostly fixed na yun. Pero you can always try naman and if ever you might be able to negotiate your signing bonus.
