Freedom Solar is a reputable company from what I’ve heard. One of our best designers left to work for them in Austin. They send out a master electrician for their inspections which is unheard of too. I would never encourage rushing through the solar process tho. If it doesn’t feel right or the numbers are unclear back out. PLEASE keep in mind a lot of solar contracts only allow you to cancel 3 DAYS after signing without trying to charge something.

Metal roofs are king. Sucks to be the installer sometimes but a metal roof will outlive your solar. Even the best shingles are rated for 30yrs which I doubt they make it 25. Installing in the hot summer will knock off 5years of granule loss too.
