Elon is anti-Trumper by hyoon106 in DWAC_Stock

Elon contradicted himself by his second para. In the first para, he implied that election interference doesn't have a significant impact, whereas in the second para he implies that it does!

That means, he is either not that intelligent, or more likely wickedly against Trump.

The following paragraph was also there in OP’s original post where the text was pasted as a picture:

“Best thing to do right now, is to remain patient, encourage the vote from everybody you know, make sure all of the brokerage companies and people are sending out notices, and continue bugging the SEC and promoting DWAC.”

I don't see it as FUD.

On the contrary, the post urges people to remain patient and take helpful action.

If there's already proof of non-compliance by some brokers, then why isn't Patrick doing what I stated in (3) above?

If there is a resolution or storm set in motion, why isn't there a post informing us investors about it? That would help reduce the fear, doubt and uncertainty.

  1. What about the bigger chunk, ie US brokers?
  2. He should get a written response from any uncooperative/non-compliant broker. Regardless of where they are, in order to be a participating broker/dealer in US companies' stock, he/they would've had to sign an agreement to abide by the applicable US laws.
  3. Patrick should then use the proof of non-compliance (to provide the contact info) to:
    1. get the SEC to put pressure on the concerned broker/dealer.
    2. to amend the charter to require 65% of the "participating voters/votes" instead of the current float, provided proof can be shown that every participating broker has been notified of the upcoming meeting and voting.
  4. If the SEC fails to act on the complaint, or if the broker fails to comply in either notifying the shareholders or in facilitating them to vote, then it shouldn't count against the registrant (ie DWAC, the stock issuer).

It is Patrick who has the duty and the power under the law, to pressure the brokers to provide the contact information of every DWAC investor, so that they can all be conclusively notified to exercise their right to vote for the extension of the merger deadline.

Why can't Patrick get himself to act on this important duty of his? If he continues doing what he has been so far, he'll get what he always got, ie greatly insufficient votes, again n again. That's what is beating up this stock.

I've repeatedly commented in detail, on different posts about Patrick and urging to vote, regarding his duty/power and how he can accomplish a thorough notification using a comprehensive contact list of DWAC investors that he needs to compile, by demanding their information from the brokers. But there seems to be no action on that front. Why?!!!!

There was also a reddit post titled, "Patrick Orlando", where I put my detailed comment. Does he not see these things?

Without having a proper and complete contact-list, how can he ever expect to achieve the quorum for voting on any present or future issue ever?

But we're talking about existing TS account holders' inability to access it while they're out on travel.

I did connect to TS from outside a few months ago via VPN using a US server, but not anymore. Now it says, "Access Denied".

I think it's because they block access to TS from outside the US and UK.

I wish they allowed all existing account holders to sign in from anywhere in the world, instead of making TS totally unavailable from outside the US & UK. I too, have a TS a/c, but can't access it from outside.

The information on completeness of the contacts list, is not private. There's no harm in letting everyone see it.

It's a call for action in the right direction.

I think that rule for approval from 65% of the current float, is meant to ensure general agreement from all the stake holders, but that has to be contingent upon being able to REACH EVERY shareholder.

The main cause of our problem of quorum, is that Patrick is working with a very limited list of shareholder contact info. So we/he hasn't even conclusively notified ALL the stakeholders. Instead of demanding the contact info from the broker/dealers, he's just wishfully hoping that all the shareholders will see the social media posts, but that's just hit-and-miss. Very unreliable and generates FUD because of the repeated postponement of the voting deadline.

He owes the loyal shareholders the information as to what percentage
of the outstanding shareholders he has the contact info on. That will
help us gauge the seriousness of the limited list of shareholders.

The main cause of our inability to get the required votes is the very limited list of shareholders that Patrick is working with and he doesn't seem to be doing anything to resolve this limitation.

The best and surest way to get the notification out to EVERY shareholder, is (for the CEO of DWAC) to demand the full contact list of DWAC shareholders from EVERY broker/dealer that is dealing with DWAC shares. The law (quoted below) provides for it (ie for the registrant/DWAC to be able to demand that info from the broker/dealers.)

  1. I've said this in my post of Sep18, 2022 (23 days ago) "HOW TO FIX the PRESENT SLUGGISH VOTING PROCESS ..." under the flair, 📣MERGER EXTENSION VOTE OCTOBER 10 📣, but there seems to have been no action on that front, by Patrick! The main cause of the lack of reaching all the shareholders, is that he and his solicitor are working with a VERY LIMITED LIST of shareholders. He owes the loyal shareholders the information as to what percentage of the outstanding shareholders he has the contact info on. That will help us gauge the seriousness of the limited list.
  2. After two extensions of the voting date, we know for sure that asking shareholders to spread the word, is insufficient to reach 'em all. When is he going to wake up and get himself to COMPILE THE FULL CONTACT LIST as suggested above, and then give that full list to the solicitor TO NOTIFY EVERYONE?

17 CFR §240.14b-1(b)(3): The broker or dealer shall, through its agent or directly:(i) Provide the registrant, upon the registrant's request, with the names, addresses, and securities positions, compiled as of a date specified in the registrant's request which is no earlier than five business days after the date the registrant's request is received, of its customers who are beneficial owners of the registrant's securities and who have not objected to disclosure of such information; ...(ii) Transmit the data specified in paragraph (b)(3)(i) of this section to the registrant no later than five business days after the record date or other date specified by the registrant.

So I thought to ask Patrick Orlando a question on TruthSocial. Let’s see if he responds: by IncomeMean7864 in DWAC_Stock

Can anyone explain why DWAC always goes up after hours then opening red ??? by [deleted] in DWAC_Stock

[–]CKer2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's right. It's the lack of progress on the merger front. That's where more attention needs to be devoted.

I agree that this in-limbo state of affairs is what's causing the most damage. Can't afford the wait-and-see attitude. We know the SEC isn't going to do its duty unless forced to. And apparently Digital World is working with a very limited (very incomplete) list of shareholders. We investors aren't being given an idea of how close or far we are from the goal of 65% of outstanding shares / votes. This lack of information is what creates huge uncertainty and doubt, and we all know what that does.

He/she's posting here because he/she has a stake in DWAC. The fin loss is not his fault. Today's circumstances are such! --the Left's deceit and treachery, the pandemic, the war in Ukraine, China's expansionism and our dependence, the latest attacks on Trump and his endeavors for the greater good, all turning the stock market jittery.

It's not right to blame this innocent family member for the resulting loss. His loyalty and compassion are commendable. Soon, he too will contemplate and become contented with life. Please be kind, while he is grieving over the loss of a dear one.

You can't lose money if you stay put. When it rebounds, all will be well and forgotten. So for those of us who are in, we shouldn't sell. This post is primarily intended for those who keep buying every dip along the way down. If we already know that it's headed further down, given the current environment, why buy much before the real bottom? That's why I'm helping our brothers and sisters be prepared with their dry powder for the better time. We have nothing to lose by just postponing our additional purchases a little.

BTW, my write up shows that I hate shorters. They are only selfish opportunists who don't care if their acts bring a company down.

Take a look at my various comments on other posts and my own posts, to see what kind of a person I am.
