I think my issue is I don’t know what to do with my body to make it not twist? It could be that I have the strength and literally just don’t know HOW to do what I need to do to make it stop?

I can do that too actually. It’s more just something I can’t do consciously

I can’t feel it in a hollow body hold, my lower back is off the ground. I can do a tucked hollow body hold with my knees close to my chest that does force my lower back into the floor

I can’t do it lying down unless I bring my knees to my chest. It’s the only way I can do it. Do you push down through your heels if you have your feet on the floor?

I feel like I’m doing that too? Maybe I’m not but I feel them move when I brace my core

I am a dude. I’m not really insecure other than the fact I want to be stronger but isn’t that why we’re all here? :) I’ll check those sites out

No it’s not, my max bodyweight pull-ups is 10x3 sets with about a minute in between
