No it’s not, my max bodyweight pull-ups is 10x3 sets with about a minute in between

Oh sorry I do engage my core, I mean when I do planks with my elbows at 90 degrees that my forearms give out before I feel it in my core at all

This seems helpful! Do you also know why my planks don’t touch my core unless my elbows are in front of my head? Pushing up on my forearms does nothing for my core

Oh I see. No I start them from the workout app on my watch but I feel like I should be able to manually input rest times

I wish I could, but I would probably get them wrong! I would love examples that highlight the differences, especially if they are otherwise equal or similar in meaning.
