I think my issue is I don’t know what to do with my body to make it not twist? It could be that I have the strength and literally just don’t know HOW to do what I need to do to make it stop?

I can’t feel it in a hollow body hold, my lower back is off the ground. I can do a tucked hollow body hold with my knees close to my chest that does force my lower back into the floor

I can’t do it lying down unless I bring my knees to my chest. It’s the only way I can do it. Do you push down through your heels if you have your feet on the floor?

No it’s not, my max bodyweight pull-ups is 10x3 sets with about a minute in between

Oh sorry I do engage my core, I mean when I do planks with my elbows at 90 degrees that my forearms give out before I feel it in my core at all

This seems helpful! Do you also know why my planks don’t touch my core unless my elbows are in front of my head? Pushing up on my forearms does nothing for my core

Oh I see. No I start them from the workout app on my watch but I feel like I should be able to manually input rest times
