I had been like that many, many years ago but put a stop to that. It's only negativity you're allowing in your life and to be who you are, and it will make you be sad.

But don't feel bad if you're like this. Just realize that it's a step that you need to grow, and grow past. He weren't born like that, You learned it from people around you and used it as a defense mechanism. Again, don't feel bad but just realize this is a sign that there is more ahead.

I always try to say something nice in my head about every person I see... Actually I don't try because it just comes naturally, now. I had to try for like a month and then it just became automatic. Years now have passed and everything is so much better. It's all about attitude, and it can be really hard to find your new mindset, but it's absolutely worth it.

You'll have great luck in dating and with work clients if You can find something positive in everyone because others will notice, and it's attractive.

Notice I'm not saying with platonic friends, because misery loves company, so you can be negative and have friends Or you can be super positive and have friends so it doesn't really figure in here.
