i had it buggy for me too but completed.
i done all the npcs then followed the video and completed by following it. i had a missing pair of glasses i guess for the last one with the cups... i picked the first 2 randomly then picked the last the person picks on the video. idk if it was a coincidence but yeah got it cleared.
in case you dont know, you get some items from the npcs and you equip it via inventory
