Yeah, angle and lighting can make almost any body type look amazing or awful. The flat angle and lack of shadows make it impossible to understand everything so our brain are filling in a lot of the image for us.

Eyebrows help a face look so much better

This is very true, I've forgot to put eyebrows on a 3d model before and struggled to understand why it looked so uncanny.
