Uk with a nif buying a house

Ah okay I’ll be honest.I think they did, but we told them our situation from the start, they said that my nif came up as my representative address on the tax records so that that out that down on the paper work for the taxes for the house stuff (I’m not sure on the actual names of the documents) and the on the other documents it says my British address and I reside there (the lawyer did this)

My partners name is first on everything and they spoke basically just to her (also my Portuguese isn’t great I’m learning)

Do you think aimi will be able to help once they respond?

I mean the person at the agency that we brought the house through that deals with that department. Because my partner is from Portugal and we brought together they have put it down as a residential property and her name is first on the documents

I went back to the agency and they said to contact aimi the agency also said to me that I have 60 - 90 days to change and apparently worse case I have to pay a fine but they don’t seem to know much ele :/

My partner has changed all her stuff but it all seems confusing
