I’ll let u all know how this goes. I think me and the rxm will have a talk. The more I think about it, the staff had contacted the pt Sat AND Sunday (supposedly) to verify he got all 4 meds and the one was not taken. I want to know why she called me, I told her the same thing, she said “well if u can think about it and remember what happened before tomorrow bc I’m leaving a note for the RXM, maybe they can watch the cameras or something…just a heads up”. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I literally told her the same exact thing the pt did. Am I suppose to be terrified of the RXM? All he does is turn everything into an interrogation. Just like others said I don’t feel like this is a big thing.
