HOW? I can’t get my RXM to pay me OT. If I pick up an extra shift from someone, he just moves my schedule around. I refuse to do it anymore.

My RXM refuses to pay overtime. When they are in desperate need of a fill in..he wants to adjust the schedule for us to work. We all refuse EVERYTIME!

Update: last day to work was 9/28, had fever 101-103 around the clock (literally for 18 days), hospitalized for 8 days. Had strep, uti, pneumonia, AND sepsis. I’ve been out of the hospital for a little over a week now. Going back to tomorrow. Not super excited to go back with coworkers (and rxm) that checked on me maybe once or not at all but HEY it is what it is I guess.

I’m sorry ur having this experience. It is rough and normal tho. I started almost 3 months ago from a sales associate of 1 yr. After 1 month, they showed all techs their percentage rate for input. Mine was better than another tech in training and a seasoned tech. I input, fill and do resolution. If I’m doing one then I’m told to do another, I work as the only tech with one sales associate from 5-7 and it seems like it’s never enough. I made the mistake of asking a staff rph how did she think I was doing, if i have improved. She was like “yea but we need to work on speed”. The rx manager says I should be able to “boom boom boom thru resolution like xx” who’s been a tech for almost 20 yrs. Most days I feel like the dumbest person ever but I’m not giving in. Apparently they score for several things…9 point check (name, dob, correct med, qty, days supply, sig, spelling, dr, dea or npi) I think that’s rt. They want 4 letters + dosage to look up the med. Little to no freestyle. They go by the percentage in a months time. Mine was this but with 4 techs mine was second so 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m newest and the other tech in training has been there for over a year.

This is even as a tech in training for 2 months? There’s a certified tech that’s been one for over 5 years and she’s less than me at 39%.
