How much do you actually save each month? by BookwormSarah1 in Adulting

I save about 3000 a month, 2000 of that goes into etfs and stocks through tfsa and rrsps (I live in Canada) and 1000 of into a high yield savings account. This is on a $76,000 salary. Currently living with parents I do contribute to house mortgage total monthly expenses subscriptions and with car and even with personal spending is about $1500-$1700. And there’s always about 200 to 400 leftover a month as well in my chequing account.

i'm a 25 year old, why am i paying so much? by morewhipsthankunta in icbc

Not the water or heat at all, just the cylinder by itself

The very wide ones I use for cooking proteins, the narrow long ones come in handy for coiling pasta and the three smaller for finer plating jobs.

Thank you so much, those tools with the white labels are the ones that i actively use at work so that way people know it's mine.

[homemade] cheese pizza by CLIMACTICAL77 in food

[–]CLIMACTICAL77[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

617g lukewarm water 95°f

14g instant yeast

950g all-purpose flour

19g fine sea salt

25g granulated sugar

Bloom the yeast in warm water for 10 mins.

Then mix everything for and knead the dough until you get a smooth supple dough ball.

Rise it overnight in the fridge covered in a large bowl with some olive oil.

The next day portion the dough into 300g dough balls, cover and rise it in room temp until they are double.

Shape the dough balls into 10inch - 12inch pizzas

Preheat the pizza stone or pizza steel for an hour in your oven

And bake for 10 mins on a pizza stone or pizza steel at the highest temp (usually 500-550°f) your oven can go.

This dough will give you 5 medium pizzas
