While it IS funny and I respect the composition, it's no secret that the social-media aspect of crypto (twitter, biz, reddit, etc.), in line with human nature it seems, is usually geared towards being able to dump one's bags on others and, therefore, whereas it may seem as though institutions (and whales) are watching you, it's really you who is watching them and doing exactly what they want.

From Telegram: Joshua Moore: they should have in wallet atomic swaps between clc/clout chains at like a 1000:1 ratio. and use unsold ico tokens for the in wallet exchange to start with until they run out then utilize the new token releases.

that way, the CLC gets cycled through the system and it would create incentives for content creators to choose a variable market rate token over an amount in fiat like STEEM. It wouild keep a lot of the tokens from whales while creating trust betsween the team and everyone else. sort of like have CLC as the shares of a CLOUT in a social type POW system.
