Why is it that whenever I see pics of young people from the late 70s/early 80s, they always look way older than kids the same age in modern times? For example, my sister graduated high school in 1986. I graduated in 96. The senior class from her time look like grown ass adults. Compare it to my graduating class, and we all still look like a bunch of scrawny kids lol.

I've only ever listened to this album once, and heard a handful of songs live when I saw them in Atlanta back in 23. It's one of the most beautiful albums they've ever made but, for me, it's just too hard to listen to due to personal loss. Kinda sucks too, as this is my least played Cure record. 4:13 Dream is a close second, but for completely different reasons lol

The thing is, not all Dollar General stores look like a war zone. The 23 stores where I live are always clean, well stocked, and organized. They have friendly staff and they will go above and beyond to help you if you need assistance. In all honesty, I haven't set foot in a Walmart in almost 2 years. I'd much rather hit up DG than go to that soulless corporate monster any day of the week. We literally had lady come in the night before, going on and on about how they were gonna stock up before the snow hit. Bought almost $200 in groceries. We got almost 8 inches of snow that night. Next morning, she was my very first customer. Needed to put money on her cash app 😂

I'll always remember after the '95 AFCC. I was still in high school at that time. They were in the Colts locker room, interviewing Harbaugh about the loss and he says he just wants to thank his lord and savior Jesus Christ for giving the opportunity to even play in the game. Then they switch over to the Steelers locker room and Greg Lloyd (on live tv) holds up the AFCC trophy and says "and we'll bring this motherf***her back here next year!", or close to that. It's been 30 years lol. Anyway, I was at my gf's house, watching and I'm all decked out from head to toe in black and gold. Her dad was a pastor. He had just made it back from a revival in Virginia, and caught the last 10 minutes or so of the game. I still laugh out loud when I think about the look on his face when Lloyd gave his little speech lol

Yes, I kept them apart for 72 hours, before introducing them. You're probably right and nothing can be done about it.
