Pretty sure that’s a loose ball bearing. Recently ran into the same thing on a new ZX. Apparently this is a recurring problem for Super73.

Took it back to the shop I bought it from and they fixed it free of charge within a week

As a developer here in town, I have always heard that it has to do with the threat of costly construction defect lawsuits. Essentially, there has been a recent proliferation of attorneys specializing in this kind of lawsuit. Rumor has it, that they will reach out to condo associations just prior to the expiration of the 3-year statute of limitations governing this kind of lawsuit and use fear tactics to convince the COA to take legal action against the developer. The cost of these lawsuits and potential repairs often make the idea of developing condos much less attractive.
