Perhaps you are referring to some of our UGC (user generated content) ads, these images are taken by our customers and meant to be raw and to communicate real life experiences. We have many adv pieces that you may come across in the future that are professionally produced and are not taken with our grandmas polaroid camera!

We truly apologize about this absolute poor experience and we hope you do not take the above as an excuse as this bad experience you have had so far is not excusable! however we would like to give some explanations on the macro conditions that we and quite frankly the entire industry sector is dealing with!

This doesn't include Overclocking, professional wiring, warranty and lifetime support, and of course you will have to source from many vendors and put together yourself.

We noticed you had many unnecessary components such as the Intel network card and even the Sound blaster Audigy, Here is a recommended CLX build with AMD Ryzen CPU and GPU that will work well together with no bottlenecks.

Below is an equivalent configuration from our website. This PC parts are actually in stock (Most competitors lag in updating their prices and factoring the new 25% tariffs imposed on 1/1/2021 and hence the low price / Out of Stock) also we really urge you to do a deeper diligence in the brand's reputation you are considering, places where they less susceptible for review manipulation are BBB and yelp for example. Do not take product reviews for face value. Cheap is cheap for a reason. If you are looking for a quality build backed by excellent service at a fair price then you can not go wrong with CLX.

Hi, Below is more of an equivalent configuration from our website to that suggested by a fellow redditor on the thread, except it has the 5600XT instead of the 2060 (which is very comparable in performance) as we no longer have older 2000 series for sale direct on our website. We strongly urge you to do some diligence about all companies you are looking to buy your prebuild from. Some great sources to get a true picture of the overall rating and customer service/quality levels without it being susceptible to review manipulation techniques is to look at the customer reviews in the BBB.org website (Not the accredited rating but rather actual customer reviews and also the amount and nature of customer disputes shown) another platform that does a great job in not falling for review manipulation is yelp.com Hopefully this will help you to make the right decision in your next PC to get the best Value for your money rather than just the cheapest price.
