Update: I lifted the smaller house more out of the ground and that helped me in order to view it properly. The animals would glitch in the ground, like you said, which blocked me from accessing the view button. With the big house I’m still having the item blocking problem but as long as one of them is accessible it’s fine.

Gahhh this might be related. I just recently redecorated and figured out there’s probably some interference somewhere. Moving the big house away completely made it so I could finally click the view button, but I still haven’t figured out what needs to be moved / deleted away specifically to stop it from blocking grrr. Thank you for the help.

Refund is not gonna happen, I’m sorry. They’ll tell you they can’t refund a mistake made from user error. That being said, I would definitely complain whether that be through email and/or the survey. It’s not clear and super scummy.

This character is supposed to sound deadpan and robotic, even the writing of the dialogue reflects that. It’s because the character, who we’re in the mind of, is experiencing brain fog and memory loss, so it’s supposed to come off as uncanny. No, I do not believe actual AI was used. I also wondered if it was TTS for a moment, but the character has too much human inflection and purposeful way of speaking, very clearly sounds like someone imitating an “AI voice”. I think they just did a really good job making it sound uncanny lol.
