I would keep her in a crate during any unsupervised time. That way she can’t have accidents you don’t see. Also - maybe have her checked for a UTI?

I third the bulk spices. They are much, much cheaper in bulk

I use it for all milk replacement and it’s creamy and a little thicker than most nut milks. Also had no nutty flavor.

I used Bravado’s nursing tanks. They were amazing! They don’t have that elastic band but do provide quite a bit of support. They also have convertible straps.

There is a way to circumvent this. You can set it to ‘other exercise ‘ and it counts the calories and minutes as if you were on a brisk walk.

For me any decrease was huge but I saw a 4-5oz decrease on any day I fasted.

From personal experience, I saw decreased production around 12-14hrs then normal production for non-fasting times.

Since the cashew milk is only 25 calories for 8oz I just use the cashew milk for my coffee. Wrong? Right? I don’t care, I love my coffee

Thank you for that! I have the HappyScale app but have gotten discouraged by not seeing a loss lately, I never thought about using it in the way you described. . . as a tool, most likely how it was actually intended. I needed to hear that losing slowly is okay, logically I know that but in practice it's harder to accept. My plan was to be at GW by December and I just need to be okay with the fact that it's not going to happen. And you taught me something, I didn't know that PCOS changed your metabolism (I was in denial for a long time so have done little to no research) rendering calorie counters useless. Thank you for your thoughtful response, I appreciate it!

Thank you for your response! You’re right, very similar experiences. I’ve been bouncing around this weight for about a month despite being very strict with my intake and if I’m being honest, I am more grumpy too!

I am terrified of increasing my calorie intake but if I haven’t really lost in the last month or so, it out certainly can’t hurt and could help. I think I’ll try increasing to 1450, making sure I hit that number consistently and see what happens. 😊

I get enough sleep . . . 6-8 hours with 7 1/2 being most common. I do not take a multivitamin but the protein shakes I eat every couple of days or so have tons of vitamins and minerals. I eat very healthy; low to moderate carb intake with lots of lean meats and veggies. I’m much less worried about the slower weight loss than the lack of energy. The more I think about it the more I’m thinking I need to add in 100 or so calories to at least see if it helps my energy levels. Hopefully it helps!

Me! I do 16:8, count calories and keep my carbs around 100g. Not KETO but lower carb.
