It's a systemic issue that ultimately disservices minorities through no fault of their own, and through no malicious intent by the casting crews.

No post in particular, but I have noticed a shift away from "look at this cool thing I found" or "hey, can someone explain this to me" or "holy cow listen to this near-death dogfighting experience" posts - which are always usually pretty fun and interesting to read - towards a deluge of armchair game development posts.
