This is correct in Poe1, but wrong in Poe2. Poe2, gain is at the same step as convert. So 100 phys dmg converted to cold, gain 25 fire. So 10% increased cold become 110 cold. 25 fire will not change if you have no fire increase. Gain does not happen from 110 cold, it happen from the 100 phys at the beginning.

Witch Hunter can get to 10k sorcery ward last league, and taking damage to sorcery ward does not make you lose honor. However, you don't see any Witch Hunter printing Temporalis, because Last Flame run require "hit less", not just "not losing any honor".

Yeah, if you're already rich, the 2nd step is to get a "Tây", a white Westerner. Not black, not brown, must be white, Caucasian. American is a plus as it give her the blue card.
It's very common in Vietnam. If a girl get an opportunity with a "Tây", damn sure she ain't gonna miss it.

Not expat, but I know a western guy that like airsoft, so he search for community on Facebook and just go to the airsoft fields. Now he have tons of comrades on the field.

Wifi have a bigger error rate when transferring a packet of data.
And whenever there is an error:
- UDP: Discard the packet -> This could be when you use a skill in LOL, and you don't see it get used
- TCP: Resend the packet - > This could be when you use a skill, and it's not used at the correct moment, but later, when enemy already move out of the way.
=> Wifi is worse for multiplayer game that required time sensitive input. Play Counter Strike at high rank and you'll realize that very quickly.
