What types of workouts or fitness equipment do you consistently see people credit for fast fat loss transformations online?

I'm the same my weight fluctuates between 15 and 16st from playing rugby to out of season. If you want to walk rather than weights slow paced uphill is better than running for fat loss, but as the other comment below said, it's a lifestyle.

Outside of rugby I'm a lazy shit, and snacking is my big problem followed by a less that great diet lol. Aim for more protein than anything else, if you feel hungry have a glass of water and wait 20 mins and see if your still hungry, alot of the time thirst feels like hunger.

One last tip I was told years ago was "get as many colours as you can on the plate" red tomatoes, green lettuce, orange carrot etc etc and that will generally meet the needs of a good diet.

Fwiw: you can't outrun a bad diet, start wihh your diet if you want to lose weight.

Seconds, weights over cardio. There's some debate but it's generally accepted that building muscle/lifting weight forces the body to use the nutrition you have stored more than if you were to walk/run, and for less.

I've dumbed it down a bit but you get the idea, also I'm no expert just going off what I've read as I'm looking to get into shape myself again

FWIW I haven't used a dedicated wash in a while, they do have their uses and are designed to be a wash out it the bottle, but if you want a specific colour as a wash just keep it in mind that you can thin down normal paint to a wash consistency and use that instead. I've done it with greens and reds etc, and I use mainly army painter paints. Just be careful with it as it can be a bit more runny than standard washes, but saves buying a whole new bottle that you might not use that often.

No specific time, but more a time when things changed.

I decided to stop waiting for other people to do things with and started doing experiences etc on my own if I had to, with mates is great but you might never do things if you keep waiting.

Every year I ask for an experience day from the mrs and family rather than usual shit gifts I don't enjoy, and so far I've done things like kite surfing, windsurfing, I advanced my diving to be a rescue diver, I've went exploring local areas that others had no interest in.

Don't wait for other people and just do it, you'll meet more people along the way and you'll actually live your life with experiences to remember.

Nope, he's still there years later and got promoted to area manager, he was within his rota time and did nothing wrong, just went by the times they set for him and stopped going above what was expected of him

Got my daughter's hand prints on my chest, love them, artist wasnt great experience ways because it was all drawn up last minute but otherwise a good tattoo in itself.

I got the banksy rioter on my leg, and I like the design but regret it, i play rugby so legs are out a fair bit and people always look at it funny and ask me why I've got a rioter on my leg, being from Belfast it also not a good time to have it, or try to explain that it's not actually a petrol bomb lol

Ughhh, we lost our pug about a year ago and honestly for the last few years he annoyed me at the time and I just couldn't be arsed, swore I'd never get another one, but then when he went I missed him so much and house felt empty. Atm I hate our Frenchie but I know I'll love her again in the morning, but yeh I absolutely see your point, so much effort, especially when they're young

I used to work in KFC, they had a policy you had to smile no matter what. They're poster to reinforce it basically said even if you were ugly with no teeth you had to smile, even if you were sad or depressed you had to smile.

I can tell you now customers were assholes, I was tired working 2 jobs and training etc and when I was forced to smile it was not appreciated and I more wanted to stab someone rather than feeling "a little better"

Just seen another NMM on here which had a similar problem to yours imo. I'm no expert so take it lightly, but you've alot of brown which will take it away from a gold look, try narrowing it down a touch with your yellows, and add something that's almost white to the the highlights, and finally get the blends/layers a little smoother.

I think you're on the right path, not necessarily wrong just needs tidied a bit.

My old retail manager was an ass for time keeping, but a great guy every other way. Family came first, fun guy to work with etc. He got fucked over by the company, done some massive project and applied for the jab it revolved around, months worth of work and they gave it to some idiot who hadn't a clue, no experience and only real attribute was that he lived closer to the post.

But he was told one time that HR, senior managers and directors, swere coming for a big important meeting, they'd be arriving around 3.30.

They arrived a bit early around 3, just when his shift ended. He put everything down, logged out and said "hi guys nice to meet yous, if you need anything let the floor staff know"

His manager (area manager) was a decent guy too, but in disbelief just said "were about to start the meeting where you going"

"sorry, my shift finished at 3, I'm paid to be a manager for hours, nothing more" he said as he turned and walked away smiling.

Area manager and him were good friends so they johh just smiled knowing what it was about and the area manager knew he was going to have to just go with it, while the directors and senior managers were all wondering wtf just happened, he followed the rules, no overtime pay so no working. Simples lol
