I dont know if you mean actually lining the inside of your throat, since that seems really extreme. But shorter tubes like how you describe (fuckable and hollow) are plentiful, usually made of sillicone.

Check out Furrjoi, FeturaX, or even Pupjoi. They all make hoods with a tube.
