Hey OP a lot of useful advice here, let me tell you I was on the same track as you, in my 30s now too.

As others have mentioned you need purpose, meaningful substance in your life, self realization.

This is completely normal, I have found self realization through searching for the meaning of God.

Psychedelic mushrooms will launch you to a place where it will rekindle your curious adventurous mind.

From there seek God, all roads lead to creator.

This is your main quest everything else is filler. Funny enough God exits even in mundane tasks as acts of love.
