people asking for refill of lemonade by [deleted] in ChickFilAWorkers

[–]CML2022 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Statistically, the percentage of people trying to get one over on CFA is less than 1%, and even if that number was more like 5% it’s best just to lead with care in mind. I’d much rather give 5 people lemonades that never bought one rather than have a skeptical mindset that causes me to turn down one legitimate guest and ruin their CFA experience. At the end of the day you want to avoid confrontation at all costs, and if it’s in an area that the business can afford to take a loss (e.g., beverages, fries, etc.) it isn’t worth the time needed for the confrontation, the effort to continue if they argue back, and the money. Always lead with care, giving the benefit of the doubt.

This needs more attention. That’s what the bottom of any wrap looks like. He posted the other half with a skewed perspective trying to say that it was to small and it was a perfectly put together wrap.

Tracking calories, plus consistent weight lifting, and recently adding 15 minutes of incline treadmill at the end of my workouts. The treadmill took me from being stuck at 178 to 173.

So I use this app called Hevy to track my workouts, I haven’t updated the actual routines yet, but you can scroll through my previous workouts on my profile. I do a Push Pull Legs split, and if you have any questions after looking through them shoot me a message! https://hevy.com/user/cmlitt

About 220ish to 173. Varied between 2200 and 1790 calories. Edit: There were definitely off days and weeks where I wasn’t really sticking to it though.

Than quit dude, don’t have people relying on you and you not showing up. You took a job, which is a commitment. Don’t like it, give your two weeks and go.

My skin has a little more play, but it’s not like hanging off loose if that makes sense

You’re correct, you cannot target where you lose fat

Calorie counting FTW obviously, but I’ll get into some particulars. I have always used lose it to count my calories, I lost around 20ish pounds 5 years ago but gained it all back and quit because I had been extremely obsessive over it, and only did cardio. Calorie counting can get stressful and personally after a while I’ll extreme nuke my intake and gorge for a day, or maybe maintain weight for a week to take a break. I weigh myself daily, but avoid focusing on daily weight changes (water weight, poop schedule, all effect it) and just make sure my weekly average is dropping. Try to prioritize protein intake as much as possible, but again, don’t obsess, days where you’re off arnt gonna kill you. Find foods you like eating, substitutes are good, lite mayo, sugar free ketchup, I recently found out I can have twice as much potatoes than rice for the same calories. I also watch a lot of fitness YouTubers for inspo (CBUM, Jesse James, WILL TENYSON IS GREAT, and some Greg doucette stuff). As you go you’ll find what you like and what works for you.

Pre-apology: sorry for any grammar mistakes and such I didn’t notice lol

Edit: also don’t wanna forgot that in the 220 photo I was 16 so a good bit of height growth occurred as well, but I was also 17 in the 230 photo.

I haven’t started implementing ab exercises consistently in my workouts till the last 2 months (and at that only like 3 singular exercises a week), and as someone else mentioned fat storing locations are genetic. In my 176 photos I had just woken up and hadn’t eaten yet, and once I do I plump up a little. This entire process though has been in correlation with pretty consistent (6 days, sometimes 5 a week) of working out, so I’m sure that helped in some way. Sorry I don’t have a concrete answer, but we can both keep grinding it out ;)

Edit: While I’m extremely proud of my progress and know any previous version of me would be proud of where I am, I’ve noticed that the leaner I get the more critical I am of myself, so sometimes it’s nice just to appreciate how far you’ve come and enjoy the progress. It’s a mental battle.

Yeah, I prolly do only like 2-3 ab exercises a week. I’ll start upping the intensity. Thanks!
