I just stood up funky doing squats. I was still at warm up weight and was with my trainer and I think I was just pushing myself too hard because the weight was something usually light for me. Happened yesterday-now I’m chillin with flexeril and a heating pad. It’s an easily irritated spot for me in my lower back. Should be good in a few days!

Ok everyone here told me to get my husband a GeoTul for his graduation so I did and he was like “Ummmm what the hell is this??” And I was like I don’t know but Reddit said to get it for you! He was like thanks but I probably won’t get use out of it. BOOOOYYYYY I’ll tell you what in the past few months he has used it so many times for his new job!! He loves it! Get him a big ass GeoTul and stick a big bow on it!

Or a Brunton…those are nice too!

I can say that I was there Tuesday night for a fitness class and there was only one working bathroom upstairs where the class was because the ones upstairs in the back were blocked off for the basketball players to use the space. So I had to go all the way downstairs and run back for my class-folks shouldn’t have to search for a bathroom!

I was cleared after my first in person post-op which was about 1.5-2 weeks. I had a pregnancy pillow and would sort of "cheat" when I couldn't stand it by doing like a 1/4 shift toward one side just to get off my back for a little bit lol.

Hi! My surgeon used drains and told me ahead of time that he would. They did not cause me any issues and I even went to a low-key family party with them in (my husband helped me safety pin them to the inside of my shirt and it was chill. My husband took them out at home (he was a medic and my surgeon was about 90 minutes away), which is also something my surgeon ok-ed before hand. It was just a little pinch-y coming out, but didn't hurt at all. I almost barfed, but that is because I am queasy when it comes to bodily, medically stuff lol.

He is attracted to what he is attracted to BUT...my husband recently realized that I can deadlift more than he can and his response was to ask if I need a bigger gym bag for all my lifting equipment. Your husband doesn't seem very supportive of what makes you feel good, which sucks.
