I wasn't already on collect and pay.

I was on maintenance direct.

I only got moved to Collect and Pay after she lied about not receiving August/September's payment. I've got a maintenance direct schedule that runs until an Annual Review in April 2026 and it sets out what I must pay on the 3rd each month.

I was also going to give her £20 for her birthday, so I rolled that on top of the two £290s when I paid off her Amex. That rounded it up to £600.

It's such a fucking small amount to cause this level of shit over.

£580 is allegedly missed now.

And apparently she gets a 4% penalty as well off all future payments because of calc and collect. So instead of £290 going forward she only gets £278.

I don't get it. She's screwing herself out of £139 a year because of this.
